Honey Processing Plant
Milk Processing and Packaging plants
We are doing the design, erection and commissioning of liquid milk processing and packaging plants having a capacity of handling 500 litres/day to 1,00,000 litres/day. We also provide milk chilling plants which can chill 1000 Ltr/day to 1,00,000 Ltr/day. We use energy efficient utility services and all plant machinery are interconnected mechanically and electrically using best engineering practice.
Modern Slaughtering House
We manufacture and install modern slaughter house in consideration of hygiene and environment .We obligate to meet the quality standards as per the customer requirement.
Ice Cream Plants
We offer the design, erection and commissioning of ice cream plants having different capacities. The unit includes batch pasteurizer milk pump, homogenizer, plate type chiller, and ageing vat etc. All the equipment and utility machinery are interconnected mechanically and electrically using best engineering practices incorporating both future expansions as well as easy maintenances.
Ammonia and Freon based IBT Refrigeration Systems
We offer the design, erection and commissioning of ammonia and Freon based IBT refrigeration systems for numerous industries including dairy plants, Water/Brine chilling plants,etc. We manufacture fully automatic Freon based IBT refrigeration units for mini dairy plants.
Block Ice Plants
We offer different capacities of block ice plants. The block ice plants will have standard rectangular 25, 50Kg ice Cans and the capacity of ice plant can offered will be from 5 MT to 100 MT as per customer requirement. We provide it with high quality wiring and energy efficient parts, to make the cost of production minimum. We also manufacture Freon based fully automatic mini block ice plants.
Farm based Mini Dairy Plants
We offer the Mini Dairy Plants for dairy farms and small-scale sectors and in various capacities from 500 Ltrs/day to 2000 Ltrs/day. Using a small amount of investment such a plant has great features and cost-effective.
